Pay Scale + Bonuses!

Commissionable item description	Amount /
Group portraits (family or business)	$45
Individual Portraits (business, seniors, etc)	$10 + 10% Bonus for greater than 15
Bonus: Print orders from business booked	10%
Bonus: Referrals	10%

Commission is paid within 10 days of receiving the check from the customer.

There are approximately 20 appointments available per week. (Actually 21 slots + up to six evenings = 27 possible.)

up to 20 appointments x $45 = $900/wk commission + 10% of print orders

Print orders range from $0 to ~ $1200. Let’s just say that $85 is average (very conservative).

$8.50 x 20 print orders = $170/wk average bonus

If your supervisor asks you to attend a trade show, Chamber meeting, etc. then you will be paid $6.50/hr or the pay scale above should you book appointments (whichever is greater).

Annual:
Landers Photography takes 4 weeks off per year. 52 weeks/yr. – my 4 = 48 weeks/yr. to schedule.

$900 commission + $170 average bonus = $1070/wk

$1070/wk x 48 weeks = $51,360

Additional Bonuses
50% employee discount	Any portraits; family, individual, etc. Frames and other accessories at cost
Idea Bonus – must be written	Good ideas $1.00 up to 10/wk Implemented ideas $3.00
2^nd time 18 appointments are set in one week	Separate phone line at your home Installation and monthly fee (not long distance)
18 appt/wk for 8 consecutive weeks or 144 within any 8 consecutive weeks	50% of premiums for company healthcare plan (must maintain a 16/wk avg. every month)
18 appt/wk for 12 consecutive weeks or 216 within any 12 consecutive weeks	100% of premiums for company healthcare plan (must maintain a 16/wk avg. every month)
